Overview
Our refund policy lasts 45 days. If we are unable to fulfill your consultation within 45 days from the first available date (for waitlist bookings) or from the date of purchase (for normal bookings), a full refund will be provided, deducting any platform fees.
If 45 days have passed since your purchase and your consultation has been fulfilled, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds will only be granted under the following conditions:
- If you cancel your booking within 48 hours of purchase and before the consultation has been conducted or materials delivered.
- If we are unable to fulfill your consultation within 45 days from the first available date (for waitlist bookings) or from the date of purchase (for normal bookings), a full refund will be provided, deducting any platform fees.
Non-Refundable Items
- Completed astrology consultations (whether through email, Zoom, or phone).
- Any downloadable astrology reports or content once delivered.
- Gift cards or certificates.
- Sale or promotional offers.
- Birth Time Rectification (BTR) Readings and Esoteric Readings: These services may take more than 45 days to complete. Refunds for these services are only applicable if the product is canceled within 2 days of purchase.
Waitlist Policy
- If your consultation is placed on a waitlist, you will be notified via a pop-up at the time of booking. The earliest available date will be provided, and your 45-day refund period will begin from the scheduled service date.
- If the service is not provided within 45 days from the first available date, a full refund, deducting the platform fee, will be issued.
Refunds Process
Once your refund request is received and reviewed, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you still haven’t received your refund after completing these steps, please contact us at {email address}.
Gifts
If the service was purchased as a gift, refunds will be issued to the original purchaser. If a consultation is gifted, and the recipient wishes to cancel within the 48-hour window, the refund will be processed back to the purchaser.
