Refund & Cancellation Policy
- If you wish to cancel the service, please inform us within 18 hours of placing your request for service, full refund will be given after deducting transaction costs of the payment gateway. For Cancellation of service, send an email on contact. email@example.com along with the order details.
- If refund request is sent after 18 hours but before 36 hours of placing the order, a partial refund of 50% of the ordered service will be given.
- No refunds will be given or cancellation requests will be accepted after the service is completely availed or in this case after the period of 36 hours of placing the order, you will be receiving your ordered consultation through e-mail in the stipulated time, if in case you haven’t already received the e-mail.
- If we failed to deliver the service within 45 business days, we will give full refund.
