Refund & Cancellation Policy
We value your trust and aim to make every service and course a meaningful experience.
Please read the following policy carefully before making a purchase.1. Consultation Services
If you wish to cancel a consultation service, please inform us within 24 hours of placing your order.
A full refund (after deducting payment gateway transaction charges) will be processed.
For cancellation, email us at contact: yash@aaskplanets.com with your order details.If a refund request is received after 24 hours but before 36 hours of placing the order, a 50% refund of the service fee will be issued.
No refund or cancellation will be accepted after 36 hours of placing the order or after the service has been fully delivered.
You will receive your consultation report via email within the stipulated time unless otherwise notified.If we fail to deliver the consultation within 60 business days, a full refund will be issued.
(Note: This does not apply to Birth Time Rectification services.)If a refund is approved, it will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
2. Courses & Educational Programs
Once you have enrolled and course access has been granted, refunds are not applicable, as the entire content (videos, materials, access links, etc.) is made available immediately.
However, if you wish to cancel within 4 hours of purchase and you have not yet accessed any part of the course, you may request a refund (transaction charges will be deducted).
After 4 hours of purchase, or once access to any content is granted, no refund or cancellation will be entertained under any circumstance.
In special cases (technical issues, duplicate payments, etc.), refunds may be reviewed and approved at the sole discretion of Aaskplanets.
Access extensions, schedule changes, or upgrades are not covered under refund eligibility.
