4th house represents our home.
9th house represents long distance travel.
12th house mainly represents foreign things(also residence in foreign country)
8th house represents foreign travel because it is 12th from 9th house.
11th house is also very important to see foreign settlement because it is 12th from 12th house and 8th from 4th house and 4th from 8th house means home in foreign land.
3rd house represents short distance travel and it also 12th from 4th house.
D-4 chart gives the microscopic view of our 4th house or our house, happiness etc.
Some very important planetary combinations for foreign settlement:
- 4th house/lord is affected by 11th or 8th lord/ house in D-1 and D-4 chart.
- Lagna/lagna lord is connected with 12th/ 9th house/ lord , D-4 lagna lord in 12th house or vice-versa.
- 3rd and 12th house/lord is connected with 4th house/lord in D-1 and D-4 chart.
- 10th house/lord is connected with 12th or 8th house/lord shows work in foreign land and if 4th house/lord is connected with any of 8th/9th/11th/12th house/lord then native is also permanently settled in foreign land.
- 3rd house/lord connection with 4th shows settlement in neighbour countries.
- 8th house/lord connection with 4th shows settlement in very far countries.
Mainly, 4th house/lord have to be connected with 3rd/8th/11th/12th house/lord.

In my case Gemini is an ascendant. 4th and 1st house lord in 6th place. 9th house lord is in ascendant. 12th house lord venus is with mercury in 6th house.
7th house lord Jupiter is in 8th house (capricorn). Rahu is at 7th place.
Whether I get foreign settlement?
Seems so. But I am not sure, it requires more in depth analysis to predict accurately.
In my case, my ascendant lord Venus and 4tb house lord Sun are in conjunction and sitting in 3rd house . Can I get permanent settlement?
